Known Issues * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Installation Issue 001: While uninstalling EALA, the status of EALA service in Services Console might change to Stopping. Resolution: Cancel the uninstall process, and restart the computer, and then continue with the uninstall. Issue 002: User will get an error message while starting EALA service through ArchiveMMC console. Workaround: This error does not affect the EALA service to start. Currently there is no option to suppress this error. Licensing Issue 003: Do NOT install Alchemy Gold and EALA on the same machine using the 30-day trial license for either product. Workaround: Install each product on a separate machine when running Alchemy Gold and EALA with trial license versions.
